Merrill's Munchiez wasn't built in a boardroom. It was built under a tent by a family with a grill, a dream, and the kind of grit you only learn when life makes you fight for every step forward. We started with nothing but determination, long days, and a belief  that honest food made by real people still matter. No shortcut. No corporate polish. Just a family pouring heart, sweat, and stubborn pride into serving dishes that feel comforting, familiar, and unforgettable. We keep our menus simple on purpose, focus on quality AND quantity and crafted from the same mindset we built this business with.
